THANKYOU SEA SHEPHERD !!!!!!
Whaling season , oh sorry whale research by the Japanese
has ended in the Southern Ocean Whale Sanctuary for another year
and with the help of Sea Shepherd it looks like the murdering scientists will
not have a great deal of whale meat to do research on this year .
Possibly the lowest number of whales killed since the men and ladies in black
have been defending these magnificent creatures.
As a way of thanking and supporting Sea Shepherd , Eco ride pledge 5%
from every sale from now until Sea Shepherd are no longer required to set sail
in any ocean around the world !!
Thankyou to all Sea Shepherd crew both land and
sea based and thankyou to all of you that support them!
Buy a Handplane and help save a whale!
or a shark
or a tuna
or a seal
or a turtle
or an ocean
maybe the planet!!

Paulownia sealed with all natural timber oils
This has become my Handplane of choice . I have moved away from my strapped boards
and am currently completely hooked on this model .
Made from plantation paulownia with a simple but effective handhold
to help you stay attached and sealed with Bio Products all natural timber oils, makes it a real option for those that are concerned about their impact on the environment .
Single concave from nose to tail with a little rocker thrown in for good measure
works beautifully in the smallest surf through to as big as you dare.

Alaias and how far we have come
I can remember seeing guys riding Alaias just a couple of years back
and being amazed at the fact they were even standing on them. How far
we have come in such a short space of time . Imagine what level the ancient
Hawaiians must have been at before the missionarys got involved!!
Enjoy this clip from of Andrew serrano on his Lasca alaia!
Its insired me!!
